Welder / Fabricator (TIG, MIG, Stick) $24-26/hour, 1st Shift

Join a growing team specializing in custom architectural and ornamental metalwork, where your skills in TIG welding and fabrication will directly contribute to creating standout structures seen in commercial and public spaces.What You'll Do
As a welder / fabricator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality, custom metal components from start to finish. This is a hands-on role where no two projects are the same. Perform primarily TIG welding (with some MIG and stick) on stainless steel, aluminum, and other architectural metalsFabricate and assemble railings, guardrails, stair systems, and custom metal features Set up and calibrate welding machines independently for each process Interpret blueprints, schematics, and fabrication drawings to build with precision Cut, fit, and assemble raw materials (plate, pipe, tube, structural components)Use shop tools such as grinders, saws, drills, sanders, and pneumatic equipment Perform prep work, finishing, and surface detailing to meet both structural and aesthetic standards Assist with installation and field work as needed Work on unique projects like:
Glass stair rail systems Elevator interiors and architectural wall panels Column enclosures and cladding Custom ornamental metal pieces
What You Bring
We're looking for welders who are versatile, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of their work. 2+ years of MIG welding experience Strong proficiency in TIG welding (stainless steel&aluminum preferred) Experience with stick welding Ability to pass 3G&4G weld tests Blueprint reading and fabrication experience Skilled with power tools and fabrication equipment Strong measuring and layout skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to work overtime and travel to job sites when neededBonus Experience (Nice to Have)

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role across both shop and field settings. Shop work + field installations (varies by project) Schedule typically 6:00 AM
2:30 PM (with early starts as needed) Frequent overtime: 10-hour days&some Saturdays Non-climate-controlled shop environment Daily use of welding equipment, fabrication tools, and PPE Safety requirements: Steel-toe boots and long pants required from day one Strict adherence to safety standards in shop and field Who Thrives in This Role
