Contract Administrative Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company in East Phoenix who is in search of a contract admin. This role is fully onsite, for 2-3 months to support an employee out on a leave. The hourly rate is up to $23/hr Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to office staff and management Answer phones, respond to emails, and route communications appropriately Maintain organized files, records, and documentation Perform data entry and update information in internal systems Schedule meetings and assist with calendar coordinationAssist with reports, spreadsheets, and other clerical tasks Support special projects and additional administrative duties as needed Qualifications
Previous administrative assistant or office support experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to work independently and maintain confidentialityReliable and professional with strong attention to detail
