Our dispatchers are responsible for scheduling and dispatching home services repair, installation and maintenance technicians to specified customer locations for service and repair.Keeping you comfortable with expert heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical service Since 1974. Schedule: Friday - Monday, 7:00AM - 6:00PM. Must have a minimum 1 years of dispatching experience in HVAC, Electric, Plumbing, or a related trades industry, candidates with no trades dispatch experience will not be considered.What's in it For Me? Starting rate of $22-$24/hr. with bonus and growth potential. Depending on experience. Schedule and monitor daily technician scheduleDispatch work orders to field technicians according to priority and location Receive and record completed work orders from the field technicians Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments Communicate with field personnel via Outlook Handle paperwork for assigned departments and techniciansMaintain accurate technician database Coordinate parts scheduling Coordinate warranty installations with other divisions. Answer general questions regarding rebates, system operations, warranties, etc. from customers Do I have What it Takes? High School Diploma or GED preferred Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience, in HVAC, Plumbing, or a related industryBasic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications Experience with Service Titan is a plus Must be able to work evenings and weekends Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
