What You'll Be Doing

Operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to construction sites

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety

Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the truck and equipment

Follow all safety and environmental regulations during operations
 

What Are We Looking For

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with clean driving record

Ability to safely operate heavy vehicles in various traffic and weather conditions

Strong communication and customer service skills

Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends

Commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork
 

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
 

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
