Now hiring an experienced British Airways Data Entry Clerk to respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, and support the preparation and delivery of goods or services.
Other duties include coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, assist with processing returns and exchanges, provide excellent service to customers and team members, follow safety procedures and company policies, along with maintain accurate records and documentation, work collaboratively across teams and departments, assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency.
To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
