After the first 6 month probationary period, the pay rate will be bumped to $22/hour + Annual Bonus eligibility, a portion of Health Care, Dental, Profit Sharing, 401K, a fun place to work with NO DRAMA.....and JOB SECURITY!Here is what we are looking for in a successful candidate: Responsibilities: Enter and process Sales Orders and Purchase Orders in our SAGE- MAS200 Accounting System. Match up incoming Purchase Orders with backup quotes Check in all order acknowledgements from respective factories and match up with the open order.Track HOT orders and orders for new customers and communicate delivery/tracking information accordingly Answer inbound telephone calls and assist inbound customer needs or pass to the appropriate person. Produce Quarterly Newsletter with input coming from the Team. Maintain Sales Digital email Database for quarterly newsletter in CRM softwareDevelop implement and maintain organized filing systems Perform all other office tasks as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detailStrong organizational skills Proficient in MS Word and Excel are a must Familiar with MS Publisher Familiar with MS Outlook Able to work independently and without supervision Maintain and clean and organized work area CRM Experience is a bonus MAS200 Experience preferred but not required.Company Description Please see our website at for more information on EM Cahill Company Inc.
