Ideal line cook candidates will have at least 1-2 years line cook experience. This candidate should be able to grill and sauté menu items to order in a fast pace setting. This position also includes cooking fresh pasta to order along with cooking meats and fish to temp. Example: rare, medium rare, medium, etc. A line cook must be able to follow house recipes, preform minor butchering and prep the menu items for service.Being able to make sauces is preferred, but not a must; we will train this candidate on how we like them done. Job Type: Full time Job duties: * Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner * Follow recipes and presentation specifications * Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently * Clean and maintain station while practicing good safety and sanitation * Assist withthe cleaning and organization of kitchen equipment * Restock items as needed throughout the shift * Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes Salary: $17-$20 per hour Must have weekend availability.
