Their direct supervisor is the engagement coordinator, and they will assign various projects and daily work by all the professional staff.
/ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliAnswering the main phone line, transferring calls, and taking messages.
/liliRespond to the alumni email account.
/liliProvide general information to alumni.
/liliProcessing data in our database (training provided).
/liliLogging events and creating nametags.
/liliGathering supplies for events/liliOther general office duties as assigned.
/li/ulh3Schedule/Hours/h3ulliOffice Hours are Monday Friday 9:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m./liliLooking to fill in for full time office coverage from an office assistant pool of 2 depending on class schedules and availability.
