General Production Associate

Location: Tacoma, WA Pay Range: $19.00 Responsibilities: An all-encompassing position operating assigned machinery and/or equipment operation and/or the physical loading/unloading of materials in a safe and productive manner in accordance with Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.Operate equipment associated with producing units and/or operate material handling equipment as assigned. Follows all applicable safety policies and practices, including but not limited to, use of all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting good safety practices.May load and unload raw good and/or finished products. Visual inspection of product to ensure quality. Responsible for housekeeping and general maintenance functions within work area. Adhere to work locations rules and procedures. Perform operations assignment as directed by the supervisor.
