Job Summary:
The Facility Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of a facility or building. This role ensures that all systems and services function efficiently, including maintenance, security, and cleaning operations. The supervisor manages staff, coordinates repairs, ensures regulatory compliance, and works to maintain a safe and productive environment for employees and visitors.

Supervision&Leadership Supervise facility staff, including maintenance, custodial, and security teams Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance and training Ensure proper staffing levels and schedules Facility Operations Oversee the day-to-day operations of the building or facility Ensure all equipment, systems, and infrastructure are operating effectivelyCoordinate routine inspections and preventative maintenance Maintenance Coordination Schedule and oversee repairs and maintenance work Work with vendors, contractors, and service providers Ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues Health&Safety Compliance Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local laws Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments Respond to emergencies and implement safety procedures Inventory&Budget Control Manage facility supplies and equipment inventory Monitor expenses and assist in budget planning Approve purchases and manage vendor relationships Administrative Duties Maintain maintenance logs, inspection reports, and service records Prepare reports and documentation for managementHandle facility-related requests and complaints Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) 3-5 years of experience in facility management, maintenance, or a related field Previous supervisory or leadership experience required Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standardsSkills&Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Good communication and interpersonal skills Organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and handle emergencies effectively Basic computer skills (MS Office, maintenance software)Working Conditions:
May require working evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts Physical activity may include walking, lifting, and inspecting equipment Exposure to mechanical systems, noise, and outdoor conditions Performance Metrics:
