divh2Avionics C-130/L-382 Aircraft Instructor/h2pPlan, organize and provide legacy and advanced avionics C-130/L-382 aircraft instruction in simulator, classroom and or practical environments to include Crew Resource Management and Night Vision Imaging Systems./ppEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/pulliProvide C130/L-382 instruction in flight and performance manual subjects./liliProvide instruction in flight rules, crew resource management and night vision systems./liliEnsure all instruction is conducted with safety as the number one priority./liliDevelop curriculum, syllabus, lesson plan and courseware for courses./liliGenerate post training evaluation reports./liliDirect, coordinate and lead all activity for the aircrew during simulator training sessions./liliOperate simulator Instructor Operator Station (IOS) during simulator training sessions./liliMaintain a current level of knowledge by attending training courses and self-study./liliHold creditability and the attention of the customer attendees./liliDisplay excellent verbal and written communication skills./liliClearly express procedures and physical processes and concepts to both our domestic and international customers./liliMaintain math skills necessary to conduct aviation related mission planning/execution such flight plans, fuel consumption calculations and other performance calculations./liliDisplay sufficient intellectual and personal skills to evaluate, and where necessary, re-direct students./liliMaintain proficient with Microsoft Office software./liliWork a flexible schedule./li/ulpQualifications and Education Requirements:/pulliMinimum of seven years experience as a pilot and three years experience as a C-130/L-382 Aircraft Pilot Instructor/liliMinimum of 2500 hours of flight time as a C-130/L-382 Pilot/liliMinimum 4-year college degree, or a recognized equivalent/liliPrevious experience in curriculum development./liliAbility to hold creditability and the attention of the customer attendees./liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills/liliAbility to clearly express procedures and physical processes and concepts to both our domestic and international customers./liliMath skills necessary to conduct aviation related flight plans and fuel consumption calculations./liliSufficient intellectual and personal skills to evaluate, and where necessary, re-direct attendees./liliDetail oriented/liliProficient with Microsoft office software/liliAbility to work a flexible schedule/li/ulpPreferred Skills:/pulliNight vision goggle (NVG) experience/liliAirdrop experience/liliBi-lingual (English and Spanish)/li/ulpCertificates, Licenses, Registrations:/pulliCandidate must be able to provide US military or civil airline records of prior flight and/or simulator time./li/ulpSecurity Responsibilities:/pulliMust comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval.
