Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated

Production Lead

to support daily operations within a manufacturing environment. This is a

hands-on working lead role

responsible for assisting with production activities while helping guide a small team to meet daily output and quality goals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting and some experience leading or supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.

Shift: 2nd shift 2:00pm-10:30pm Schedule: Monday– Friday(Must be available to work weekends as needed) Pay Rate: $21-$23/Hr DOE

Key Responsibilities Support daily production operations by working alongside team members on the production floor Assist in coordinating workflow to ensure production goals and deadlines are met Help train and guide team members on basic processes and work instructions following SOP’s Monitor product quality and report any issues to supervisorsMaintain quality standards while performing regular inspections and monitoring KPI’s Conduct and document QA Hourly checks Troubleshooting, ability to resolve light machine malfunctions Ensure team members follow safety guidelines and company policies Documentation&Reporting: Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and other relevant data. Generate and submit daily. Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding production updates, delays, or concerns Read and follow basic work orders (WO) and production instructions Assist with machine operation (such as wrapping or packaging equipment) as neededMaintain a clean and organized work area Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 3+

years of experience

in a manufacturing or production Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong communication and teamwork skills Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Continuous Improvement methodologies is a plusPreferred (Not Required) Experience working with blow molding or plastic injection Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs with assistance Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching Ability to work around machinery and in varying temperaturesFine motor skills and hand-eye coordination to operate tools, equipment, or machinery Ability to wear required PPE (gloves, safety glasses, etc.)
