Responsibilities

Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property, ensuring the right price under the best terms

Evaluate clients' desires and economic capabilities to make appropriate suggestions

Mediate dealings between sellers and buyers, fostering a beneficial understanding

Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability

Generate and manage lists of properties for sale

Requirements

Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry

Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills

Strong communication and negotiation abilities

Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Minimum age of 18
