Job Summary:

The HR Assistant is responsible supports the HR Department by completing administrative duties and special projects.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Process new hire paperwork – data entry.

Complete I-9/E-verify maintenance and re-verifications

File, organize, and track paperwork.

Complete UPS labels.

Performance reviews – administration, start review process, tracking through the process.

Reports: weekly audits and manager and department changes.

Mileage approvals.

Min:
USD $18.00/Hr.

Max:
USD $22.00/Hr.

Qualifications:
Physical and Mental Requirements:

 

Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and help create, develop and implement project process improvement(s).

Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners.

Must have proven problem solving and critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentation(s).

Must be able to act as the Company liaison with customer representatives.

Must be able to learn company computer systems and software.

Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of information.

Must be able to work independently.

Must have extremely strong attention to detail.

Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements:

High School diploma or GED equivalency.

Must have 2 years’ administrative experience.

Experience with customer facing roles.

Ability to meet Company minimum driving standards preferred.

Must be proficient with MS Office Suite.
