Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Arizona

Job Description

As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will work with the team to support the execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing strategies (email, SMS, sales support, and servicing communications) across the customer lifecycle. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you’ll help shape and deliver marketing campaigns that are personalized, timely, and aligned with Achieve’s business goals.

What You'll Do:

Strategy & Planning

Partner with senior team members to develop targeted, segmented, and personalized lifecycle campaigns across all customer stages.

Contribute to ongoing message refinement, customer journey improvements, and optimization planning.

Leverage customer insights and feedback to help shape relevant messaging strategies.

Execution (Tactical)

Build and launch lifecycle campaigns within marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Insider).

Write briefs, collaborate with creative partners, and support campaign QA.

Partner with internal marketing teams to support integrated campaign efforts.

Analysis

Review and interpret performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversion rates to identify areas for optimization to drive business level KPIs.

Assist in developing reporting and insight decks to communicate campaign results and learnings.

Optimization & Experimentation

Support A/B testing plans and experimentation roadmaps focused on improving engagement and conversion.

Participate in brainstorming and implementation of improvements to customer journeys based on test learnings and performance trends.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Servicing, Legal/Compliance, and Engineering to ensure campaigns meet requirements and align with business goals.

Participate in regular cross-team meetings to support project alignment and execution.
