Position Overview:
Our Warehouse Associates help achieve world-class store performance while contributing to and supporting the overall branch strategy, performance, and growth. Shipper/Receivers receive orders, process outgoing shipments, and help maintain the overall organization of the branch.  

 

What you’ll do:

Receive purchase orders and transfers and receives inter-company transfers

Process outgoing shipments of products via UPS or other delivery methods

Delivery driving if needed (NON CDL)

Document and resolves discrepancies related to transfers and purchase orders

Stock product in correct warehouse location

Process customer orders and provides technical advice

Pull orders and prepares loads for delivery to customer

Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks

Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance

Maintain a safe working environment

Skills We Are Seeking::
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Forklift experience is a plus

Valid Driver's License

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work quickly and accurately

Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working

Landscape, Nursery, or Irrigation product knowledge is helpful

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
