Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to champion a product mindset across Achieve’s internal security and infrastructure landscape. In this leadership role, you’ll transform internal platforms into scalable, user-friendly capabilities that empower teams, protect our business, and enable future growth.
This highly cross-functional role requires a strategic thinker with experience leading complex initiatives at scale. You’ll work closely with InfoSec, Engineering, Product, Legal, and Compliance to embed secure-by-design practices, modernize IT infrastructure, and elevate cybersecurity maturity. You'll treat internal platforms as products—anchored in user needs, industry best practices, and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Champion Product Mindset: build a deep understanding of our internal users & business operations. Drive roadmaps, define success metrics, and advocate for scalable, outcome-driven practices across security and infrastructure domains
Modernize IT Infrastructure - Scope, coordinate, and execute upgrades to Achieve’s IT infrastructure to improve performance, security, and agility to support a growing, remote-first workforce and reduce operational overhead.
Advance Cybersecurity Maturity - Partner with InfoSec, Engineering, and Product teams to raise security standards across core functions, establish enforcement mechanisms, and embed secure practices into daily operations.
Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Drive delivery of enterprise-wide programs such as Identity & Access Management (IAM), Secure SDLC, third-party risk management, and PCI compliance.
Influence Security Culture: Integrate security into product and engineering workflows in a way that’s intuitive and minimally disruptive. Foster a “security-by-default” culture without sacrificing usability.
Enable Secure AI Usage: Establish guardrails and governance for AI tool usage, including employee policies, and model monitoring practices to mitigate risks.
Define Metrics & Governance: Create KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms that track progress and align with business, regulatory, and security objectives.
Represent the Voice of the Customer: Serve as the voice of internal teams—ensuring that solutions are not only secure, but also usable, effective, and aligned with organizational priorities.
Lead vendor evaluation: Work cross-functionally to assess third-party solutions that improve security posture across the enterprise, from threat detection to incident response.
