A growing global organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced team environment in Scottsdale, Arizona. This position offers strong long-term growth potential, including the opportunity to transition into an Executive Assistant role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent calendar management and scheduling experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Candidates must be comfortable working heavily within Microsoft Outlook and coordinating meetings across teams and stakeholders.Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and calendars Manage complex scheduling using Microsoft Outlook Support daily administrative operations for leadership and team members Organize meeting logistics, invitations, and follow-up communications Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactionsPrioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Assist with general office and administrative support duties Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience REQUIRED Strong Microsoft Outlook and calendar management skills Experience coordinating meetings and schedules for multiple stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Professional demeanor and attention to detail Ability to work independently and proactively
