CNC Process Technician
We are seeking an experienced CNC Process Technician to support machining operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for programming, setup, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across CNC and conventional machining processes. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical resource, supporting production teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency across all machining operations.Key Responsibilities
Provide daily technical support on the manufacturing floor across machining operations Create and maintain CNC programs for new and existing products Manage and maintain DNC systems with proven, best-practice programs Set up and start up jobs on a variety of CNC and conventional machines Troubleshoot machining processes to ensure quality and efficiencyTrain and support operators to produce high-quality parts Support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives Provide technical and quality support to internal teams and customers Identify and implement cost reduction and process optimization opportunities Qualifications
6+ years of machining experience required CNC programming experience required Experience with both CNC and conventional machining processes Proficient in setup and operation of machines producing aluminum and steel components Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Experience using precision measurement toolsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and support multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Effective communication and teamwork skills Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar) Technical or associate degree preferred Additional Requirements
