Senior ISC Production Supervisor, Tempe

As a Senior ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will oversee and manage production operations to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes. You will play a crucial role in driving productivity, quality, and safety within the production environment. You will work out of our Tempe, AZ location.

In this role, you will impact on the company's operational success by ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing team performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities for Internal Candidates

Oversee daily activities and priorities within the test facilities.

Collaborate with assembly and quality teams.

Work with engineering team to determine root cause rejections.

Implement and monitor production schedules, ensuring timely completion of manufacturing tasks.

Lead and mentor production team members, promoting a culture of safety and quality.

YOU MUST HAVE

2- 3 years in Production management or Engineering functions.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production optimization techniques.

Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

Ability to analyze production metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

Experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
