Manufacturing/Production Operator

Scottsdale, AZ Pay Estimated: $17.42 - $19.42/Hour We are hiring a Manufacturing Production Operator in Scottsdale, AZ to support the assembly and production of advanced electronic and mechanical defense systems in a manufacturing environment. This role requires experience with electronics assembly, PCB soldering, cable harnessing, hand tools, torque tools, and production manufacturing processes supporting mission-critical aerospace and defense technologies.Responsibilities:

Execute assembly of electronic and mechanical components (modules, boards, panels, frames, cables) Perform wiring, component installation, and cable harnessing Conduct hand soldering on circuit boards and assemblies Follow work instructions, methods, and sequence of operations for production tasksUse hand tools, torque tools, and light industrial equipment Set up and operate basic production equipment in compliance with specifications Perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations Ensure product quality and adherence to manufacturing standards Maintain clean and organized work areas and follow safety proceduresQualifications:

U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law High School diploma or equivalent is required. Experience using hand tools, torque tools, and soldering irons Ability to perform basic electronic/mechanical assembly Familiarity with measuring tools and basic math concepts Ability to follow detailed work instructions and specificationsPreferred Qualifications:
