Location: Tempe, AZ, 85284 Salary: $33,000.0 - $50,000.0/year Experience: 0 Year(s) Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative. Must have an active Property and Casualty license.Please only apply if you meet the following criteria: Must have an ACTIVE Property and Casualty insurance license Must be bilingual; fluent in Spanish and English Must be willing to commute to our Temple, AZ office location, this is an in-house position. Responsibilities include but not limited to:Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
