As a machine operator specialist, you'll run the gear, keep the line alive, and take home steady pay with solid benefits.What makes you a fit: high school diploma or GED required. Hands-on time with machines, production, or warehouse gear (5+ years). Has a general understanding of some or all of the following: mechanical, PLC, ACDC drives, basic electricity&electronics, arc flash. Mechanical problem-solver with tool skills. Sharp eye for catching mistakes early. Physically ready to lift, move, and hustle. Team-focused and steady under pressure. Must be flexible with work schedule. This is a direct-hire position!Essential functions: inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards, reporting any issues or defects and taking corrective action when necessary. Ensure consumables and equipment settings are maintained at specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly; if unable to resolve, escalate accordingly. Train and mentor employees on proper methods of equipment operation. Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure production goals are met.
