IT Manufacturing Systems Engineer Overview Support and enhance manufacturing IT systems (MES, SAP, integrations) to ensure reliable operations, system availability, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Support and troubleshoot MES, SAP, and integration systems (e.g., Kepware) Ensure high availability and performance of manufacturing IT systems Lead/support implementation and rollout of new IT solutions Collaborate with infrastructure teams (IAI) for site IT/network alignment Partner with site teams on projects and cross-functional initiatives Enforce cybersecurity standards and reduce system risk Provide technical guidance to stakeholders Requirements Experience with manufacturing IT systems (MES, SAP, or similar) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Understanding of system integrations and IT infrastructure basics Nice to Have Kepware or similar tools Exposure to shop floor/OT systems Pharma or regulated environment experience Compensation: - $70,000 to $100,000 COLA and this position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
