Key Responsibilities:
Pour, serve, and mix a variety of drinks, including classic and signature cocktails, suggesting drinks based on guest preferences.
Prep the bar before service stock supplies, ingredients, garnishes, glassware, and ice.
Welcome guests warmly and create a positive experience.
Verify IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service.
Process payments accurately using the POS system.
Work with staff to ensure smooth service and delegate tasks as needed.
