Call Center Representative
This opportunity is with one of the largest mortgage lenders and servicers in the United States.
The Performing Loan Consultant role offers a strong entry point into the mortgage and financial services industry, with clear pathways for long-term career growth.
Many individuals in this role gain foundational experience and advance into leadership positions or transition into internal teams such as operations, compliance, or analytics based on performance.
Location: Onsite, five days per week in Tempe, AZ *****
Compensation: $21/hour during contract period.
Bonus eligibility upon full-time conversion.
Average monthly bonus: approximately $1,500.
Top performers: up to $2,500/month.
Schedule: Availability required between 7:00 AM 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Strict attendance expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Provide high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
Accurately document interactions and navigate multiple systems
Meet performance and productivity goals
Qualifications:
Customer service experience with phone-based communication (call center experience preferred)
Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
Ability to succeed in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment
Basic technical proficiency (Windows, Microsoft Office, call documentation systems)
High school diploma or equivalent
Consistent employment history with minimal unexplained gaps
Strong attendance record
