Job Description Summary As a Financial Reporting Manager working for Taylor Morrison you will be responsible for a significant amount of the company's quarterly and annual filings, and will closely interact with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Investor Relations, and Tax. Job Details
We trust that as a Financial Reporting Manager you will: (responsibilities) Preparation of 8K, 10Q, 10K reports in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations Coordinate quarterly and annual reporting calendars, ensuring all deadlines are met Support and assist with any transaction related to SEC reporting (i.e. M&A, debt issuance, etc.) Assist in the maintenance of internal controls documentation related to corporate financial reporting and accounting to ensure compliance with SOX Creation of reporting schedules in conjunction with the accounting team Assist CAO with key reports and presentations Research and interpret U.S. GAAP and SEC guidance; draft technical accounting memosAssist with the preparation of the annual proxy Monitor new accounting standards and assess their impact on the company Support complex accounting areas such as revenue recognition, stock‑based compensation, leases, business combinations, and impairments Assist with audit requests and act as a key liaison with external auditorsYou are willing to perform other duties as assigned
What you will need: (competencies, behaviors&attributes) Excellent communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and project‑management skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities Strong written communication skills for drafting disclosures and technical memos Results driven Strategic thinking Integrity/trust
About you: 7+ years of experience in public accounting or public company in an SEC regulated environment CPA required Masters/Bachelors in Accountancy required
FLSA Status: Exempt Salary Range:
$105,570 $153,080 Bonus or Commission Eligible:
25% AIP Auto Allowance:
