As a proven industry leader, Fisher Industries continues to grow while maintaining the integrity and values of a family-owned company.POSITION SCOPE The Contract Administrative Support role supports subcontract administration, subcontractor payment processing, and labor compliance activities for heavy civil construction projects. This position works closely with project teams, accounting staff, and subcontractors to ensure documentation, payments, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time.PRIMARY DUTIES Prepare and send subcontracts and related documents via DocuSign or similar platforms based on provided information Maintain organized digital filing systems for contracts and supporting documentation Complete standard, routine industry forms with accuracy Review subcontractors pay applications for completeness and compare submitted billings against subcontract terms, schedules of values, and approved contract amountsTrack subcontract balances, change orders, retainage, and supporting payment documentation Distribute executed documents to internal teams and external partners Ensure all contracts are properly signed, saved, and routed to appropriate parties Assist with processing subcontractor pay applications, including tracking submissions and supporting documentationAssist with basic reporting and data entry in systems such as B2G, ADOT DOORS, or similar agency platforms Support subcontractor labor compliance efforts, including collecting and tracking certified payroll documentation Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner Perform other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS High school diploma or GED; 13 years of administrative or office support experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow defined processes and complete tasks from start to finish Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and DocuSign or similar document management systems preferredFamiliarity with LCP Tracker, B2G/ADOT DOORS, or similar reporting systems is a plus Exposure to subcontractor labor compliance, certified payroll, or wage determinations is a plus DOT (Department of Transportation) agency experience is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teamsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion is often required Fisher Industries is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
