LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing company in Tempe, AZ that is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join the team! This is a full-time on-site position paying $24.00-$26.00 per hour depending on prior experience. The Logistics Coordinator serves as the central communication point between customers and field service teams.Job Description

Answer high-volume inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat. Intake and process service orders using CRM or dispatch software. Schedule and dispatch service technicians or delivery drivers based on availability, location, and urgency. Heavy data entry of work order from intake to dispatch.Review and schedule routes for technicians. Provide customer service to clients seeking assistance. Verify customer account information for processing. Review warranty information with customer. Generate and manage delivery tickets, invoices, and other shipping documents. Maintain accurate customer records and update databases with contact and service details.Perform outbound follow-ups on unsold estimates, recurring service events, and customer satisfaction checks. Adhere to safety standards and company protocols at all times Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in customer service or dispatching, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, concrete, or transportation industries. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dispatching software.Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
