Medical Assistant - Advanced Primary Care Model, Scottsdale, AZ

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our Advanced Primary Care team in Scottsdale, AZ. This full-time, on-site position supports a collaborative, patient-centered care model focused on quality, compassion, and efficiency.

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

Provide clinical and administrative support to providers and patients.

Record patient histories, vitals, and assist with exams and procedures.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

Support lab procedures, including specimen collection and phlebotomy.

Coordinate patient communication, scheduling, and follow-up.

Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality, integrated care.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required.

Medical Assistant certification or completion of an accredited program (or ability to obtain within six months of hire).

Phlebotomy certification (or obtain within six months of hire).

Basic Life Support certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire).

Active Arizona fingerprint clearance card.

Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
