Service Advisor Position

The responsibilities of a Service Advisor include greeting customers, listening to their needs, and scheduling appointments as needed. Writing repair orders, managing paperwork to satisfy manufacturer requirements for payments. Manage workflow. Creating a positive customer experience is essential.
