This role helps identify issues, verify corrective actions, and support continuous improvement in quality systems./ppThe position will be fully on-site and located at our new Mesa, AZ facility./ppDuties/Responsibilities:/pulliConduct internal audits of production, warehouse, and quality processes./liliReview documentation, batch records, and reports for accuracy and compliance./liliInspect finished products and packaging to verify quality standards./liliIdentify and report non-conformances or deviations./liliWork with QA, QC, and Production teams to correct and prevent issues./liliMaintain accurate and organized audit records./liliAssist in training employees on quality and compliance standards./liliSupport regulatory inspections and customer audits as needed./liliEnsure all work follows GMP, SOP, and company safety rules./liliAnd other duties assigned by the Site Quality Manager and/or Plant Manager./li/ulpRequired Skills/Abilities:/pulliHigh school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelors degree preferred./lili13 years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or manufacturing preferred./liliKnowledge of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards./liliStrong attention to detail and documentation accuracy./liliGood communication and problem-solving skills./liliAbility to work independently and with cross-functional teams./liliMust be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in production/warehouse environments./li/ulpOur company is dedicated to providing equal employment opportunities and embraces diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
