Distribution Partner I
As a Distribution Partner I, you'll perform general warehouse operations tasks that keep our facilities clean, safe, operating, and organized.

Key responsibilities and essential functions include:
Warehouse operations: Performs work tasks in a safe manner, in accordance with work instructions; proactively takes action to improve safety
Proactively assists other partners through their own actions, such as sharing information about technical matters, facility-specific knowledge, processes, and procedures
Takes action to help assimilate fellow partners into the work environment as opportunities present themselves
Completes work assignments in a timely manner; uses time efficiently and productively in support of facility goals for on-time release of trailers
Operates equipment per standard operating procedures (SOPs) to prevent equipment and facility damage
Maintains a clean and safe work area at all times
Properly load empty pallets into automated system (automated facilities only)
Haulers: Hauls product from the receiving dock to the appropriate aisle for the lift operator to put away
Sanitation (housekeeping): Accurately cleans and organizes assigned areas in compliance with sanitary food transportation act (SFTA) and food safety modernization act (FSMA) regulations
Performs work assignments per SOPs
Recover as much damage as possible

Qualifications and key requirements include:
Work experience: Knowledge/skills/abilities: Organization skills; attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to work in a team-based environment
Ability to operate machines or equipment safely and independently
Education: HS diploma or GED or equivalent
Physical demands and working conditions: Lift, stand, walk, squat for extended periods
Repetitively lift up to 60 lbs for the duration of a shift
Work in a cold environment, if assigned to a refrigerated (34) / frozen (-10) facility
Work extended shifts and fluctuating hours and days, including weeks, nights, holidays
