Responsibilities:
Type and maintain meeting minutes from handwritten notes
Maintain brochures in the Hall of Medical History
Filing and organize McGovern Academy's library
Monitor Latch Key Room for cleanliness & organization
Maintain inventory of supplies in office, storeroom, and Latch Key Room
Assist with social media & website updates
Meet food delivery staff & AV set-up for various meetings and conferences
Assist McGovern Academy staff as needed
