POSITION SUMMARY We are expanding our team of dedicated professionals at Club Pilates . This role offers an opportunity to shape the fitness journeys of our diverse clientele while growing within the industry's leading Pilates brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Class Leadership

Design and lead dynamic group reformer Pilates sessions

Implement Club Pilates signature programming with precision

Create an energetic and inclusive class environment

Client Success

Foster meaningful connections with members

Provide expert guidance and personalized modifications

Track and celebrate client progress

Professional Excellence

Maintain impeccable safety standards and proper form

Uphold studio protocols and equipment maintenance

Contribute to studio community building initiatives

Growth & Development

Participate in ongoing education programs

Stay current with industry developments

Support studio events and member retention initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS Education & Certification

Comprehensive Pilates certification (450+ hours)

Recognition from established organizations (Club Pilates, BASI, Balanced Body, STOTT)

Current CPR/AED certification preferred

Experience & Skills

Teaching experience valued; exceptional candidates considered regardless of experience

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Demonstrated passion for health and wellness

Ability to manage group dynamics effectively
