Job Overview:
The First Vice President Treasury oversees the planning and execution of all activities related to cash management initiatives, liquidity forecasting, reporting, and analytics.

A Typical Day:
The First VP Treasury will:

 

Expand reporting and analytics to drive more robust insight and support increased forecasting capabilities

Oversee cash balances, secured revolving facilities, and warehouse lines to ensure liquidity, compliance with lender and regulatory requirements, and to minimize interest and fee expenses

Support financing and capital strategy formulation

Structure and manage secured financing agreements with various bank counterparts

Ensure robust internal controls around cash, reporting, and regulatory compliance

Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

7+ years of relevant work experience

Prior experience in overseeing design and implementation of reporting databases

Prior experience with reporting tools such as SSRS or Tableau

Must be highly proficient in Excel, Word and SQL

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role

Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role 

Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role 

 

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. 

 

Salary:
$110,000 - $170,000
