A Typical Day:
The Vice President International Operations manages various activities under the direction of the FVP, International Operations that assist management in identification, evaluation and transition of complex Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) transitions from conception through completion. As the VP International Operations, you will communicate with both to their internal Clients and with our BPO offshore Partners daily and do so in a coherent manner.
The VP International Operations will:
Assist with defining and administering a comprehensive labor offshoring and outsourcing management program to support the company’s operational goals
Work with management (including Executive Leadership) from all departments to identify, develop, and pursue new opportunities, methods and processes to improve labor cost effectiveness with emphasis on offshoring solutions
Develop and promote offshore and outsourcing solutions including determination of outsourcing vs hiring direct employees overseas
Support in researching, sourcing, negotiating, and contracting cost effective offshore and outsource agreements
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal customers and key suppliers
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting Technology Management, Project Management or related field required – MBA preferred
7+ years of project management experience in related field and 5+ years managing a staff – preferably having offshore staff management experience
Direct experience in managing/supporting a large scale multinational BPO operation
Expert understanding of IT environments, technologies and processes with regard to business needs required
Experience managing organizational change and/or process improvement projects required
Must be an experienced user of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
Salary:
$95,000 - $155,000
