Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Accountant
to support a temporary project in our Thousand Oaks office.
The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
This is a full-time, temporary assignment with standard business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights
Support internal and external audits as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior role
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Handled Large Data - Complex Journal Entries and Reconciliation in a mid-size or large company
Strong Excel
