Job Overview We are an Adult Residential Facility (ARF) operating Level 3 and Level 4 homes on the same private property, offering a Lead DSP to support the Administrator. Our home is built on person‐centered care, structure, and teamwork. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow, bring ideas, and help maintain a consistent, supportive home. We are seeking a Lead DSP with a strong personality, quick thinking, the ability to multi‐task, and professionalism under pressure. A minimum of

recent and continual employment is required for Lead consideration, demonstrating commitment, stability, and reliability in a structured care setting. DSP Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), routines and schedules in reminders, light assistance. Administer medications and document accuratelySupport&promote independence, we are a teaching home. Assist in meal preparation Journaling to reflecting each resident’s day, participation, and progress. Communicate effectively w/staff and leadership to maintain consistency&structure. Drive in company vehicle to any needed appt, when needed. Share ideas, participate in team discussions, help create a positive learning atmosphere. Maintain a safe, respectful, home‐like environment at all time. DSP Lead

- Guide the flow of the shift, ensure routines and schedules are followed, and support DSPs with clear direction. Assist with guiding new staff, modeling expectations, and supporting team development. Problem Solving— Think quickly, multi‐task, and respond confidently to shift needs or unexpected changes.Experience in some Administrative duties to assist the Administator. Requirements: Must live within

Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, or Camarillo, Oxnard

area Monday–Friday, 2pm–6pm to start, increasing with each new resident Strong personality with quick decision‐making skills Ability to multi‐task and stay organized even under pressure 2 years of continual employment
