While prior paralegal experience is not required, the role is intended for individuals who have worked in a legal or professional environment and can competently prepare, review, and manage legal documents under attorney supervision. Professionalism, strong communication, and a willingness to learn quickly are essential.WHAT YOULL DO Draft and file collection complaints, summonses, and affidavits Review account histories and validate debt documentation Track service of process, court dates, and filing deadlines File documents with courts and administrative agencies Coordinate with process servers and court clerksPrepare garnishment orders, liens, and post-judgment motions WHO YOU ARE Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking on the phone Strong communicator with great follow-through Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure Professional, reliable, and eager to learn quickly Have at least two years of legal studies or paraprofessional coursework, or equivalent practical legal experience; prior paralegal experience is a plus but not requiredPAY&DETAILS $30.00 $40.00 per hour, depending on work experience, education, and demonstrated skill level 401(k) with match after one year Generous paid time off and firm holidays Send your rsum.
