Counsel escrow companies, title companies, real estate professionals, developers, lenders, and property owners on practical legal and business issues.Advise clients on governance, regulatory, licensing, and limited tax-related matters. Represent clients in state regulatory compliance and licensing matters. Draft real estate documents for residential and commercial transactions. Help clients identify, mitigate, and manage legal and business risk.Communicate directly with clients and keep matters moving efficiently. Collaborate with experienced attorneys and legal staff in a professional, client-focused environment. Support business development efforts as desired, though a book of business is not required. Qualifications California Bar license required.3+ years of relevant real estate law experience. Strong experience drafting and negotiating real estate agreements and related transactional documents. Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and client communication skills. Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with a team.Strong attention to detail, organization, and professional judgment. Comfortable working full-time in-office in Westlake Village, CA. Business-minded, client-focused, and interested in long-term professional growth.
