Warehouse Worker, Oregon

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team in Tigard, OR. This position is responsible for a variety of warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and general organization of materials. The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, and has reliable transportation to and from the job site.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, unload, and store incoming shipments accurately and safely.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup.

Maintain clean and organized warehouse space, including sweeping and general upkeep.

Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.

Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment (forklift certification a plus).

Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.

Assist with loading/unloading trucks and verifying shipment contents.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required.

Reliable transportation to and from the Tigard location.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Basic math and reading skills for order accuracy and documentation.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Dependable, punctual, and a team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

Forklift experience or certification.

Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
