Full Circle Veterinary Care is looking for an experienced veterinary assistant to add to our team of compassionate professionals who aim to provide high-quality veterinary care. Previous veterinary experience is a must.
This is a full-time, 4 days a week position with shifts from 7:30 am – 6:00 pm. Full Circle is a well-established 3 doctor practice that genuinely enjoys the different personalities and unique skills that a veterinary assistant can bring to our practice. Our Veterinary Assistants are an important part of our pet care team and help provide excellent care to our patients as well as providing outstanding customer service to our clients. Job Summary:
A Veterinary Assistant supports the doctors and other hospital staff in all duties related to the hospital. This includes care and treatment of sick or injured animals as well as cleaning and care of the facility. Veterinary Assistants will be asked to room clients, take patient histories, hold animals during examinations, assist in surgery, document care in the medical record, and potentially assist with the front desk. Veterinary Assistants must demonstrate the ability to follow directions, move quickly, and communicate effectively.
