Production Operator
The Production Operator is responsible for operating production equipment to convert raw materials into finished goods. This entry-level role supports manufacturing operations by following established procedures, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring products meet required specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working in a structured, routine environment.Location: Wilsonville, OR 97070 Pay Rate: $19.00/hour Schedule: Monday

2:30 PM Key Responsibilities
Operate manufacturing equipment to produce finished goods from raw materials Monitor production processes and perform in-process testing (e.g., hardness, weight, pH, moisture content, variation) Maintain accurate records of raw materials, work-in-process, and completed products Identify equipment malfunctions or product defects and assist with basic troubleshootingFollow blueprints, schematics, and subassembly layouts to complete production tasks Track orders received, work completed, and inventory levels Support scheduling activities by coordinating with production, materials planning, and maintenance teams Requisition materials and track delivery timelines as neededEnsure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Little to no prior manufacturing experience required (entry-level role) Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math and record-keeping skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environmentSkills&Competencies
Ability to follow established procedures and complete routine tasks Basic problem-solving skills for identifying production or equipment issues Strong reliability and consistency in task execution Effective communication and teamwork Work Environment&Physical Requirements
Manufacturing/production floor environment May require standing for extended periods Ability to lift, carry, and handle materials as needed Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
