The Production Operator is responsible for operating production equipment to convert raw materials into finished goods. This entry-level role supports manufacturing operations by following established procedures, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring products meet required specifications. 2:30 PM Key Responsibilities

Operate manufacturing equipment to produce finished goods from raw materials Monitor production processes and perform in-process testing (e.g., hardness, weight, pH, moisture content, variation) Maintain accurate records of raw materials, work-in-process, and completed products Identify equipment malfunctions or product defects and assist with basic troubleshootingFollow blueprints, schematics, and subassembly layouts to complete production tasks Track orders received, work completed, and inventory levels Support scheduling activities by coordinating with production, materials planning, and maintenance teams Requisition materials and track delivery timelines as neededEnsure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Little to no prior manufacturing experience required (entry-level role) Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math and record-keeping skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environmentSkills&Competencies
