We are seeking skilled Assemblers & Fabricators to construct state-of-the-art Wafer Fabrication Equipment. You will work with blueprints and hand tools in a secure, safe, and premium climate-controlled cleanroom environment. What’s in it for You?

Key Responsibilities As a skilled member of our team, you won't just build—you'll help us improve. Your daily impact will include:

• Precision Assembly: Utilizing blueprints and hand tools across multiple work centers (including Final Assembly, Sub-Assembly, Feeder Bay, Preship, and NPI).
• Leadership & Collaboration: Training fellow assemblers on specific job functions and modeling continuous improvement behaviors.
• Problem Solving: Performing independent rework, conducting assisted leak checks, writing NCIs, and escalating technical issues to engineering.
• Process Improvement: Providing documented feedback on work instructions through the redline process.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Assembly or Fabrication experience.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Mindset: A safety-first attitude with a desire to learn, cross-train, and grow.
