Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician
This role focuses on performing electro-mechanical assembly, sub-assemblies, product enhancements, and prototypes in a production line and bay build environment. You will work closely with a small team, move flexibly between different assembly lines, and consistently deliver high-quality work by following blueprints and schematics with strong attention to detail.Responsibilities Perform electro-mechanical assembly of units, sub-assemblies, product enhancements, and prototypes in a production line and bay build environment. Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and work orders to assemble complex electro-mechanical products accurately. Use basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks.Move between different production lines as needed and perform a variety of assigned duties within a small team environment. Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications, maintaining a strong focus on detail. Follow established procedures and safety guidelines while working with large electrical chassis and related components.Maintain a clean and organized work area within the manufacturing facility. Essential Skills 1+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience. Proven mechanical aptitude and ability to work with mechanical components. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools and their safe operation.Strong work tenure demonstrating reliability and commitment. High attention to quality and detail in all assembly tasks. Ability to work flexibly across multiple production lines in a small team environment. Additional Skills&Qualifications Previous experience performing electro-mechanical assembly based on work orders. Experience building large electrical chassis or similar large assemblies. Comfort using a variety of hand and power tools in a manufacturing setting. Willingness to learn through partnering with other assemblers and following structured training.Strong problem-solving mindset and mechanical inclination. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
