It's a great opportunity for someone looking for stability, hands-on work, and long-term career growth in manufacturing. Machine Operator Duties:

Run automated machines that produce small, precision parts (either injection molded plastic components or automated assembly of electronic parts) Load materials and keep machines running smoothly by monitoring cycles and making simple adjustments when needed Make hands-on machine adjustments such as alignment, sensors, pin placement, or process settings to keep parts accurate and in specCheck parts during production using visual inspection and basic measuring tools to ensure quality standards are consistently met Support overall production flow by tracking output, staging materials, and moving finished parts to the next step in the process Schedule:

Day shift: Monday to Thursday, 6am

4pm Night shift: Friday to Sunday, every other Thursday, 5:45 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Pay:

Day shift: $19.50 - $23 per hour depending on experience Night shift: $21.84 $25.76 per hour includes the 12% shift differential Machine Operator Requirements:

1 year of manufacturing machine operation experience within the past 5 years Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Familiar using computer daily on the job for tracking production Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Benefits Offered by Verstela to Temporary Employees:
