AP Supervisor, Beaverton

Accounts Payable Supervisor Location:

NE Portland (Hybrid) Salary:

$70,000– $95,000, depending on experience

Overview Lead accounts payable and disbursements for a multi-enty organization while managing a local and offshore team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise 4 onsite and 3 offshore AP staff; conduct performance reviews

Approve payments, ACH/wires, and check runs with strong controls

Review invoice journals, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations

Resolve vendor escalations and complex discrepancies

Manage AP aging and optimize cash flow

Drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration

Oversee vendor setup, W-9s, 1099 reporting, and compliance

Qualifications

Full-cycle AP experience with leadership background

Experience with intercompany accounting and reconciliations

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

ERP experience (Business Central preferred)
