Call Center Representative

We’re hiring a bilingual (Spanish/English) Call Center Customer Service Representative to support customers by phone and email in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. In this role you’ll answer inquiries, provide accurate information and quotes, and enter orders/requests into our systems with speed and accuracy.

Call Center Representative Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $21.00 to $22.00 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer emails/chats with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information, quotes, and next steps based on customer needs and company guidelines.
  • Document interactions and process requests/orders in CRM and other systems with high accuracy.
  • Follow call flow, compliance requirements, and quality standards; meet individual and team performance metrics. 
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately and partner with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

Call Center Representative Qualifications:

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
  • 1+ year of customer service experience (call center experience preferred).
  • Typing speed of 45 WPM with 95% accuracy.
  • Comfortable using multiple systems at once (email, CRM, Excel/Word/Outlook or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize in a metric-driven environment.
  • Ability to pass a background check, if required for the role.
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
