Maintenance Technician, Ohio

Our client is seeking a skilled candidate to ensure the seamless operation of roll-forming machinery. This role is pivotal in maintaining production flow, troubleshooting issues, and implementing preventative maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, adjust, and repair roll-form machinery and ancillary equipment.

Conduct routine and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Interpret blueprints and set rolls according to CAD data.

Assist in design modifications for machinery and equipment.

Support various projects and tasks as needed to enhance plant operations.

Working Conditions:

Operate in a non-climate-controlled environment, with potential exposure to varying temperatures.

Engage in physical activities such as bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and climbing.

Adapt to flexible scheduling and work hours to meet operational demands.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent; trade school or journeyman's program completion preferred.

Minimum of two years’ experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in roll forming or metal stamping.

Proficient in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Ability to interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication skills for collaboration across all organizational levels.
